Randy was great at explaining all the options without pressuring me to go outside my budget. The blinds didn't take long too arrive and he installed them in a timely manner. We had one small issue with some of the blinds not fitting right, but he was to correct that issue quickly. I also like that these have a really good warranty and if we have any issues, we can call Randy to fix it, not some cooperate office in another state. I would recommend Budget Blinds to anyone looking for quality blinds that will stand the test of time.
