I’ve been coming here for the last 5 years almost & their billing has become very sketchy, they told me I paid low on a previous copay so owed more the next, which I paid with no problem. Now they are saying I paid $5 less for a visit the time before that & now somehow owe $20 now. They’ve also now changed it to saying I owe $20 because they lost my cash receipt. Their records show I ALWAYS pay every copay upfront in cash and hand wrote in I owe $20 when their computer statement shows only $5.... very untrustworthy. They also are very rude when questioned about their inconsistencies in their billing & amount owed. I will not be going back.
