Budget Blinds

Phone shopping for prices for a kitchen blind, whoever I talked to on the phone did not sound happy, and the price I was quoted was over DOUBLE everywhere else. Pretty much all blinds are custom made so that was a pretty bad excuse. My idea of "Budget" means budget friendly, inexpensive, affordable etc... not break the budget.
