I have been banking with Bank of America since their inception, and until recently, was quite satisfied. However, this has all changed in the last few years. As mentioned they closed their drive through, and many times have long lines for tellers. They try to encourage everyone to use the cash machines instead of using the tellers. Seems they don't want us coming inside. Calling to talk on the phone is a waste of time anymore as they don't seem to be authorized to help with anything on your account. Have to call customer service for that. A lot has changed and none of it seems for the better to me.
