Unfortunately I have to write something against this business and give one star. This is not a thing I do but others need to be warned. Lies were told between staff on when the repair man was present and when he left (times are documented on my phone), being hung up on by two separate individuals, told different times, not knowing what is going on, shipping parts elsewhere, no one seemed to have a clue what was wrong or what parts were ordered, being told a refrigerator ALWAYS buzzes and items in the freezer will thaw because it cycles? Please make sure if you are buying an extended warranty through places like Best Buy you make sure you ask the extended warranty company (not Best Buy) WHO will be the service provider for the extended warranty. Since when should a business hang up on someone trying to talk to them??? I haven't had this kind of service in a long, long time and hope they change but with the way they acted I can not and will not recommend them to anyone. :(
