I must say how impressed I am with my REI store's quality of customer care. I had purchased a binocular set and realized it wasn't the right set for me . The Manager came out , spoke with me momentarily and before I knew it I had the pair I really was happy with. Every time I use my REI for my outdoor needs I know I will receive the best of customer care.
