Labels Women's Consignment

This business is dishonest. Brought in two large garbage bags of clothes. All name brand items with multiple piece that still had the tags on them. Many items were kept, as witnessed, and all others were given the ok to donate. Now three months later I’m being told only two items were kept on the account. One associate told me that multiple cash outs had been paid during then and now. However, no cash out was ever requested by myself. The only explanation would be that my money was given to another customer. A request was made to have a manager return my call to discuss this discrepancy. Although, I never received a call with an explanation. I had to go in a week later to speak with someone. In the end I’m being told that what I witnessed it incorrect. Never again will I utilize this store and their service. As I now feel that my stuff was stolen. Nor will I suggest it to anyone else.

Great consiment place! I always check here first if I'm looking for something used. I just wished they had men's things.
