After doing years of weight training, I came into Summer's program with wrist and knee injuries, very limited mobility, and general pain/discomfort in my joints and muscles. After doing a full evaluation of my body's capabilities, Summer crafted an individualized program specific for me, taking into consideration my carpal tunnel and knee injuries. By design, the clubbell is made to strengthen wrist muscles and so I can say that after over a year doing Clubbell Yoga, I'm pain-free and can actually use my wrists without worry. I also have had wonderful coaches to help me through my Yoga journey. Both Luke and Adrienne are quite knowledgeable when it comes to good form and general well-being. I recommend this program to anyone who wants to incorporate strength into their workouts without causing injury and while maintaining excellent mobility and flexibility.
