I came to the store to buy a new phone and change to At&t from my current provider. There were 2 representatives in the store. Andrew, the first one, told me that I have to wait for the second guy, since he knows everything about plans and promotions. So, I waited for at least 20 min. and two people ahead of me. Finally, when it was my turn, the other representative started to help the customer who came after me. When I said, that I was first and Andrew confirmed it, CSR told me that he is going to help me right after that customer. I really don't know why he decided to help other guy first - maybe because they are the same nationality and I'm not, but I felt bad about it. I hoped, that it would be at least a quick question, but after waiting another 3-5 min I left. So, it was worst experience ever, now I'm seriously thinking about switching to At&t, and definitely would not recommend this store to anybody.
