Christmas decorations at the end of February? That should have been the 1st clue of what a miserable place this was going to be. Reservations at 9. Seated at 9:30. Finally got to order at 10:00. Never took a drink order. Staff Was unkempt. Dingy sweaty shirts. The tables were sticky. The happy birthday songs were morbid and sad. Half hearted efforts. And the over priced food was unremarkable underwhelming. My children agreed Red Robin is superior to this place. The staff doesn't want to be there. And it's dingy and dirty. And they forgot my kids birthday.
