The wait is always long be it at the drive through or in the restaurant and this is NOT due to having a deluge of customers in front of me. More often no one answers the drive through (today I waited for 5 min while the person in front of me was trying to get someone to take her order from the speaker in front) this was not the first time this happened to me. Basic customer service such as acknowledging customers and responding to their orders that they were actually heard and understood is missing from what is being sold as service. I give it 1 star because due to their lack in service, I have discovered there are other much better fast food places around! Try Taco Time, it is clean and the people are friendly and the food is fast and good. Try Chipotle, just a building away. Or go to the mall, there are many more places. But I can never ever endorse this McDonald's again. After 7 years of continued disappointment today is the last day I will pass by your drive through to let the people who were busy talking that I can't pay for an order I couldn't make. Not anymore.
