My VW EuroVan changed oil here about 2 months ago. They took off a steel plate under the car but obviously didn't install it back probably.
The big steel plate was falling off on highway which could have caused very serious accident!!
plus they didn't fill up coolant which other shops usually do;
plus they charged me full price even though they sent me an email saying 30% off.
I hope there is an option for 0 star!
