I love this practice. I have been a patient for over 30 years. Dr Denise Kraft is my primary care physician and I couldn't be happier with her services. She is an excellent physician and stay current not only on medical issues, but on insurance billing policies. This helps her develop treatment plans that will work with your insurance coverage. Over the years the support staff has had its ups and downs, but over at least the past year I have been very pleased with their service. They are kind and compassionate and have treated me very well. I have seen other doctors/PA/ARNP at times when Dr Kraft wasn't available and I have been pretty happy with the care I have received. Some I have liked better than others (I do agree with some of the other reviews about Linda Fluke - she's not my favorite) but I don't feel that I have ever received sub-standard care. I really like their extended hours - it makes it easier to see someone and not have to go to urgent care when something happens outside of "normal" office hours. Great practice. Caring professionals.
