Extremely unhelpful staff. When my vehicle failed the test because the computer was "not ready," they handed me a piece of paper on what to do and sent me on my way. I sat and read the information before leaving. The handout said "ask your technician about how to prepare your vehicle for a retest," so asked. He said, "drive it." Thanks, that's helpful, I drove it over here! When I pionted that fact out to him, his buddy says "you need a new sensor. " I drove off at a loss on what to do. Thanks to some quick internet research (thanks Google), I discovered that because I had gotten a new battery a few days before, my computer had reset and I needed to drive the car through some specific conditions (stop & go city driving, highway driving at 55+ mph, etc.). Surely they run into this situation all the time and just a bit of information from them would have been very helpful.
It was a quick in and out. I was impressed.
