I'm an avis preferred member and I've been renting cars almost every other weekend for the last 2 months at this rental agency and I've never had any issue of any sort. Staff is friendly enough and get you the car as quickly as possible. They even fixed discrepancies in my reservations few times. I've only had good experiences so far.
