I don't go to this place often...I really only go here when its location is convenient, however there are multiple other places to choose from and I will continue to chose those places, especially after my most recent experience here. The first time I came here, the pump didn't like my card and I had to go inside to pay, when I told the cashier what happened, she blamed me and said I didn't input my information correctly. Hmm...I only get gas at least once a week, but okay, yes I am human, I could have made a mistake. Here goes the second chance, I arrive, most of their pumps were out of order...okay fine, I understand maintenance. So, I picked one out of the 3 (maybe 4) pumps that were actually open, put my card in as I usually do and went to pick my gas...nothing happens. The damn thing doesn't work! Okay, fine, now we're on your third strike, I go to this place on my way home from work. Shockingly the gas pump takes my card, and lets me pick the gas I want!! OMG! I thought I was home free. I look around for one of those windshield cleaner things, as one wasn't at my pump...which I figure, not their fault, maybe a customer took it. I find one, clean the passenger half of my windshield, walk around to the driver side and...what the!? Gas is pouring out of my car! Yea I guess their nozzle thingy didn't work right, as my tank is now full and gas is all over the ground, my car and my shoes! I put the nozzle away, closed up my gas tank and ran inside to let the lady know. She's somewhat nice and thanks me for letting her know. I leave, as I'm already in a rush to get going, and realize that, that was a ton of gas that's all over the ground and car smells like gas because it's all over my shoes. So, I call this place back and talk to a (sounded like a Filipino) lady, she was not the person I talked to when I was there. I explained and the lady starts telling me it's less than half a gallon...as the conversation continues...it's now less than a whole gallon. By this time I'm frustrated and she says "what's your point?" So I ask if anything ca be done for me as I spent almost $56 on gas and at least $8 of that is on the ground. She tells me that the self-pumps are the customer's responsibility and should be watched. That's when I ask her, "So, you're telling me that your pumps are unsafe and must be watched at all times?" She responds..."Yes".
