I would give 0 stars if I could. Did not ship my order, does not want to process my refund and threatening a punitive 25% restocking fee. I ordered a gun that was listed a 4 in stock. The order did not ship after 7 business days (they are open every day of the week). Called and spoke with the wife Paula. She agreed on the phone to a full refund. The husband Herb called and said we could do it the "hard way" which would take me 60 days to get my money back and he would charge me a 25% restocking fee. I explained to him that it wasn't restocking as this was a cancellation and it wasn't a special order since it was an in stock item. They are not threatening to "punish" me by making the process take 60 days or more. I can not in good conscious recommend them. Anyone can make a mistake. However, good people own up to them and certainly do what they say they are gonna do. Beware!
