I am currently in the process of trying to get someone at Yoogi's Closet to explain to me why they disparaged me to Paypal. Their in appropriate comments have caused my Paypal acct to be frozen. Potentially for 6 months! Interestingly, whatever was said was said between two different transactions we are doing. So clearly they can't have concerns regarding authenticity. Otherwise they wouldn't have made offers on my remaining bags. Which begs the question, are they just utilizing the buyers protections put in place by Paypal to fraudulently attempt to rob me of my merchandise? Buyers on ebay do this all the time, albeit on a much smaller scale. It's the main reason I stopped selling on ebay and I was making good money there. But the headache wasn't worth it. In this situation, on this scale of potential financial loss, forget headaches. I'm checking into the pros/cons of flying vs. driving to Seattle.
At this point, I would strongly advise against selling any of your luxury bags/accessories to this company. At the very least, they are irresponsible and reckless in their business dealings and communications, recking havoc on my finances and crippling my fledgling business startup. At worst they're straight up fraudulent thieves bending the rules to take advantage of sellers. In my case, stealing the last of what I had left in assets to try to restart my life after my husband died this last summer leaving me with basically nothing. DEPLORABLE!!!
I've since found several other businesses that deal in second hand, luxury items. After speaking with several, I can highly recommend FASHIONPHILE, for both buying and selling. I wish I'd found them sooner. Now, due to Yoogi's Closet's careless and fraudulent behavior the dream of getting back on my feet and starting a business of my own is just a lovely, unlikely fantasy and my basic survival is now in question. Thank you Yoogi's Closet.
The passing of my husband last summer was absolutely the most horrible and destructive event to have occurred in my life, I miss him terribly every day. But now, with what you've done to me, you'll be happy to know, you're a very, very close second.
