YOGA Loft

This is my favorite Yoga Studio in Olympia. Just walking in you see the spacious dark wood and windows facing capital lake. It's breathtaking. They supply blocks, blanket, pillows, balls, straps, yoga mats. So you can just bring yourself. Kristi is my absolute favorite teacher. I've taken gentler classes with Mo which have been so relaxing and needed, I still use her asana practice with my back issues. And Robin is so great as well with her simply put proper alignments. Both Robin and Kristi do amazing immersion classes which I recommend if you want a daily spiritual practice in morning. Everything is reasonably priced and they offer different priced packages. This place just feels like home for me.
