Yankee Grill

Yankee Grill has very friendly and good staff. I have noticed over the course of eating good food here that when they are fairly busy the quality of their food is lacking. We are not regulars but have eaten here many times over the last 4 years + My spouse claims her lunches are always stellar. We ate our breakfast recently at Yankee Grill and we had to admit the hash browns ' casserole' was dry, over cooked and not pleasing at all. (As if sutting under a heat lamp) Their pancakes lacked flavor. Needless to say we probably will not go back for breakfast. The eggs were perfect. Any short order cook should get those right anyway. Why 3 star ? Because our previous experiences were far better than our last one. Less of a crowd than IHOP more choices than Applebees, still a good go to when You're hungry and want a relaxed family style eatery.
