I had to take off work early just to get there before they close the window @ 3:30....to stand in line for what seemed like an eternity-Only to be the next one in line when one of the three ladies I'd noticed in the background, doing apparently nothing but waiting to clock out @ 3:30, lifts the blind next to the SINGLE window processing tickets & announces that they're now closed & due to the holiday won't be open until Monday! Which would make my payment late!! They could at least open another window if they aren't even going to take payments over the phone! The clerks windows(where you pay your tickets etc)are already there--Why don't they bother to hire people to work at them?! The most pathetic way of handling things that I've ever seen!!Something needs to be done soon! Or I'm sure I'll be writing a different negative review every time I make a payment on my ticket!
