Woodcreek Healthcare: Pediatrics

I don’t know what all the bad reviews about...perhaps young first time parents? I have been going to this office with my daughter for 3 years now. It is a very good office. Run well and our doctor is amazing. I have seen other docs for same-day appointments and they have been great as well. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but I think that happens at most offices. The doc can’t always know how a visit will go, or if extra time may be needed for a nervous patient. It happens. But not often enough for me to leave the great care we have received here at Woodcreek. As for one reviewer I read complaining about being charged for a missed visit...most offices have adopted this policy and I understand why. If you have a true emergency, and don’t make a habit of it, and speak civilly to the admin staff you may be able to get it waved...one time. All in all, Bonney Lake has a doctor shortage so be nice, and show up for appointments. You know....the general manners we all learn in Kindergarten. I love Woodcreek Pediatrics.
