A great neighborhood of about 650 homes. 3 miles down the road is beautiful Rattlesnake Lake State Park which is just outside the City of Seattle Watershed with a great Interpretive Center. Plenty of wildlife year round roam through the Wilderness Rim Neighborhood on their feeding paths from the Watershed and Rattlesnake Mountain across the Upper Snoqualmie Valley to majestic Mount Si. Live here for awhile and you will see Deer, Elk, Bear, Bobcat, and even an occasional shy Cougar. Coyotes are nit uncommon visitors and wander yelping and howling in packs. "In the Rim" is a wandering greenbelt with a forest path as well as a large community park with a pretty little lake. Great Mountain Views from this park and a big kids play area as well as picnic shelters make this a very family friendly picnic spot. As close to Seattle as it is to Snoqualmie Pass it is 30 minutes to everywhere. At about 1000' elevation the Fall is beautiful here and we often get a White Christmas. A well kept secret Wilderness Rim is an affordable gem of a neighborhood that is great to walk and an easy commute to work on wide open I-90.
