Whittier Elementary in my opinion is one of the best elementary schools in the Seattle area. One of the most underrated teachers at Whittier elementary is Mr. Pule. He goes above and beyond to make sure that all the kids at the school get enough exercise and play time as possible. He host a morning running club on Monday Wednesday and Friday mornings and the other two mornings Thursdays and Tuesdays he has before school sports to add additional exercise for the kids at the school. He also has one of the largest unicycling programs out of any of the elementary schools in the area. The other teachers at the school are all top-notch and provide a solid education for the kids at the elementary school. I highly recommend the school.
