First I want to start off by saying Rey the salesman is an outstanding man to work with. He is honest and tries his best to do everything in a quickly and timely fashion. He is very polite and studious when it comes to speaking with a customer. Brion the finance manager did a great job with finding financing at a great rate and a good monthly payment. Unfortunately the problem is the owners. I took my truck to their store and test-drove a vehicle of theirs. While I was gone the owner assess my truck gave me a trade in value that I would agree on. Told me the financing company said I needed to have a $2,500 down payment. This was on a Sunday. I came back on Tuesday with the $2,500 and low and behold all of the sudden the owner backs out of the deal and now I've wasted my time going up there. And I also have a ding on my credit from running my credit on said vehicle. I suggest that if you were going to buy a car from them, be prepared to purchase it instantly. Do not make a deal and expect the owner to keep his word. Because honestly he is definitely not a man of his word. Gone are those days where you can trust somebody for what they say. Make sure you get it all on paper and don't leave anything to be a question. Cross all your t's and dot all your eyes.
