Spoke to Josphine who told she couldn't authorize a deposit for a third party check. Goes to get the service manager Joni who says she can't accomadate me eaither or authorize it eaither. Called my normal wells fargo on122nd in portland who said they will. Clearly a double standard at this location and poor customer service to accomadate me especialy being a member for over a decade. I would use this place for their drive through ATM only as thats going to be the best customer service you recieve at this location.
Portland location confirms that wellsfargo can deposit third party checks aka collection at their discretion. Wonder what it is about me and my business that I had to go to portland.

We may send a check for collection instead of depositing it. This means we send the check to the issuer’s bank for payment, and your account will be credited when we receive payment from that bank.
