This is my neighborhood Wells Fargo Bank. My first time stepping foot into this bank, I was warmly greeted by personal banker Chad Day. He asked about my needs and how he could assist me & thoroughly heard my unique situation and gave advice on how to proceed. He sat me down in the waiting lobby and even offered me water as I waited.
I felt like a valued customer before I even opened my account. After a very short wait, he took me to his desk and went over my options thoroughly to make sure I had the information I needed, and we got my accounts set up. By the level of service, you would have thought I had a million dollars deposited in the bank or that I was a 20 year account holder.
About 2 weeks later, he called for a follow up to make sure everything was going okay. This was an unprecedented level of service that I haven't seen before. GREAT customer service & by far the best banking experience I've had. Thank you Chad Day for your awesome customer service!
