Loved my dress but I got taken advantage of on my alterations. I spent around $1000 on alterations which was way more than what they told me it would be when I asked about an estimate. Beth did a great Job but if I had to do it again I would go somewhere else for alterations

Only 1 person made me feel welcome at this store and she was just the second person to verify my measurements. First, I sent an email back stating the time and day for the appointment would work for me however, they never put it down in their books. It was nice they let me try on but I don't think the girl helping was too happy about having an appt at that time. Second, the sales girl wasn't very friendly. It took until the end of the appt to find out her name in which my family member had to ask for her name. I didn't want to buy a dress there because of the service. Also, the fact that 60% was required for the deposit unlike most stores who only ask for 50%. I would not recommend this place to any one. I almost bought a dress there but the deposit and service definitely helped me make the choice to not buy one there. I told the sales girl my budget as $800-900 maybe $1000. The dress I liked was $1,174 which with some discount brought to exactly $1,000. I should've never told her my top budget
