They slapped up a water tower on an inside deal with a non resident property owner and never posted notice to this residential neighborhood that they were putting it up. No public input allowed. Later they said they were sorry but I have a water tower next door that just appeared when I was on vacation. The old timers that started this company would be dissappointed. Shameful.
