Our plumber recommended them when our septic system backed up and flooded part of our basement. Myroslov came out the same day we called to assess the damage. Keep in mind this was the week of Thanksgiving. He was great to work with and made sure all of our questions were answered. He worked quickly, neatly, and communicated well. Mitigation went really well and we're currently working with Alex and Vlad for repairs. Update on repairs to come....
