Went in for a standard oil change. Waited for 10 minutes before anyone realized i was there to check in. Then it took over 2 hours to complete my oil change after 2 cars that came in after me were pulled into the shop before me because the service manager didn't know how to drive a stick. Then another manager walked by while i was waiting and she was taking selfies on her phone. Seriously? What is wrong with these people?
