Understaffed. I dropped my car off for basic oil change, 3 hour wait time. The man running it obviously wasnt happy about his short staff and occasionally let's it out on customers who are upset about the wait or full schedule. When I showed up 430 to pick up I waited for ~10 minutes for him to talk to 3 other people, including one transaction. A guy was upset that he couldn't get his oil changed because at 430 they were booked through 730. The man working was openly rude to this guy Infront of me and another customer.
Hector in TLE blew me off, as did some manager from the next dept. He was also rude and talked down to both me and the new girl they setup for failure by placing in the POS terminal all alone in this retardedly disfunctional TLE. The new girl handdled herself very well and should be moved somewhere that her abilities and skills in customer service can be appreciated
