I hate I even had to put one star. Most of the staff are at the drop off window are rude! A "window" itself should invite the staff to ask the customer "how can I help you?" But most the staff do not know what the word HOSPITALITY means! Right off the bat, they asked me their routine questions. When I would try to ask a question, they would cut me off in mid-sentence.
They were so rude to my elderly mother-in-law that they had her cry. She had came to pickup my husband(her 60yr old son's) RX.
He had dropped off the RX 3 days prior, knew he would be have to have her pick it up and had gave gave the staff permission to release the prescription to her.
They tried to tell her she didn't have it, asked for the birth date and told her she wasn't giving the right birthday(She gave birth to him!).
The staff needs to take a hospitality course!
