Appalling product, horrible service. I purchased shoes 3 months ago, and the soul fell off. I went in to exchange them with the warranty I was told came with all the shoes when I purchased them, and was told “that’s unfortunate, but we don’t cover that” ( with a smirk and a laugh from the sales person). When I asked what they meant, I was again laughed at and told that they only cover factory defects, and that normal wear and tear was not covered. I work in an office, and only wear these shoes to work. How is this normal wear and tear? Again I was laughed at and told that they were sorry but it was my problem. The manager Jennifer again told me it was my problem, but they were happy to sell me another pair of shoes for a discount price of $160 PLUS the cost of the fancy insoles. I work in costumer care and I would be fired if I treated my customers like this. For your sake go anywhere else for shoes. These will fall apart and you will be stuck with the cost of replacing an expensive pair of shoes.
