Half of the pharmacy staff members are completely ignorant and undeserving of their jobs. I've never witnessed so many individuals that refused to do their jobs properly. I requested to have a Rx transferred from another pharmacy. Instead of fulfilling the request, I received a ton of excuses as to why they couldn't. I also asked if they could contact my nurse directly to receive the Rx over the phone. Their response was a flat "no". My requests weren't outrageous in nature. In fact, other pharmacies have transferred my Rxs in the past with no problems. Moreover, I didn't appreciate how I was treated.
