WA State Authorized Emissions Testing Station

Great, fat service. Slight ding since they didn't catch that my car didn't need to be tested. Given, they gave the customer exactly what he asked for, but a quick, "you actually shouldn't need to test this car" would have saved me about 30 bucks and the drive to the shop.

This was just one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had and I think that’s saying a lot considering I’m comparing this to restaurants and hotels where customer experience is part of the package. I went in for an emissions test a few weeks back and found out my car didn’t even need one. Instead of moving along to the next person the gentlemen let me know my tire pressure was low and said we should fill it before I left. Even though I was giving them no money since I didn’t need my car tested they still checked all my ties and made a few other adjustments to my car free of charge. I drove away completely impressed. I don’t usually write reviews but I couldn’t let this place go by. It’s been on my to do list for over a month and I’m finally catching up on things but this really just made my day.
