Ive been to several other A&W Locations and they are all closer to typical fast food joints. You still have a small wait but usually not more than 5-6 minutes. This location is not that way, in fact they are quite the opposite. I wish I could give negative stars.
Their speaker system for the drive-thru has been broken since last fall, so you have to look at the menu and then hope by the time you get to the window you can remember the right numbers for their menu because the incredibly rude staff sure wont help you with the menu and get upset if you have to ask questions.
The last time I went to this location I was in line for almost an hour before I got my food. The truck in front of me gave his order and waited 25min before they gave him his food and then I had to wait another 25+ after having to give my order three different times because the woman could not for the life of her get it right and started to get really nasty with me because I expected her to get a simple order right after 3 attempts.
Ive worked in the food industry and I can understand maybe missing something the first go around, but after 3 times its a bit ridiculous. Not to mention when I FINALLY got my correct order, half of it was cold and it was just awful, more grease than burger and the fries tasted like the oil hadnt been changed in months. Wont be going there again until they get their issues resolved.
