I took my 2 yr old son with me to buy a spare key for my Volvo and have it re-progammed, which took 1 hour. Although my car is 12 yrs old, I was treated with the same amount of respect as their other higher-end car customers (Jaguar and Land Rover). Not only were they prompt and kind in their service, they washed my car, and gave me toys to keep my son occupied. Their waiting area is huge and comfortable, complete with fire place, magazines, good coffee, juice, water and snacks for my little one!
