Vital Appliances - Quality Used Appliances at fraction of New Cost

I bought a used dryer from this store yesterday, after hooking it up it did not work so I called the store last night after hours and they said they would come over and take a look. Set a 10 am appointment and they were right on time. They came to my home and repaired a couple of connections and now it all works. The young guy came in found the problem and had it fixed quickly. That is the kind of service I was looking for. I recommend you to go to their store if a used appliance for your home is what you need. They have earned my repeat business and they will earn yours too.

I was in desperate need of a freezer. I called to see if they had freezers and if the store was open. He told me he was open until 3:00 and that he did have freezers. I drove over there from Pasco to find an ‘Open’ sign in the window but the door was locked. There was also a sign with a phone number stating that if the door was locked to call the number... which I did. It was the same number I had called to find out if they had freezers and if they were open. The gentleman answered the phone but proceeded to tell me he had an appointment and could not come to the door. Needless to say I was very put out with the customer service and lack of care!
