Vista Optical

I don't know what the previous reviewer is talking about. She's a kid based on her profile, so that may explain it. My experience was completely opposite. Cindi was wonderful. She took time to ask me questions regarding measurements, helped me with frame selection because I don't know anything about style, and helped me out with insurance questions I had. As it turned out my insurance wouldn't cover Vista. However, during my time there, Mickey rudely interrupted us several times. I have been working for years and you never walk up to someone in the middle of talking with a customer or patient and bark things that nothing to do with going on in with the present order. Cindi handled it with grace and kept focus on me. If I could give Cindi 5 starts and this Mickey person 1 star I would. I got the feeling Mickey was a sales weasel while Cindi was trying to help me out with my eye health. I would buy from Cindi anywhere but not from Vista.
