Vintage Golf Cart Parts

I recently contacted Vintage Golf Cart Parts for a carburator , gave them my visa info and signed off. A few hours later I received a phone call from Roderick Wilde (owner of the company). He had taken time from his day off to contact me and tell me that the part was not available for many months and he would suggest I use an after market part instead. He even went so far as to say he had not had an complaints about it. Then he told me that he had sent me an email so that I could contact him directly and let him know what I had decided to do. I'm telling you this because I have never done business with a company that would not only contact me by both email and by phone to let me know that they did not have the product I had requested but that the owner himself offered a solution to the problem. I was pleased as punch. So I am telling you that this is a man who cares about his business and his customers (a rare find these days) and you should take every opportunity to do business with him. Thank you again Roderick. I will continue to spread the word. Hope everyone out there does too.
