our bathroom door became stiff due to moisture we called the maintenance guy our complain was only for the door but this guy Mr Carlos discovered the actual reason for door being stiff and it was the exhaust which was rusting from inside. he was very helpful and kind and he cleaned our windows too. I really appreciate his job but I am still waiting for a fan replacement.
