I 've never been served so well in any of the Verizon stores when I lived in the Silicon Valley. I know that Washinghtonians are very courteous, but Trenton Powers, the assistant who helped me at the Verizon Gig Harbor store, went above and beyond to make sure I got the absolutely best deal ever! When I decided what to buy, Trenton explained me very patiently and thoroughly what my expenses were, what would I've seen in the next statement, and he made sure that I was fully understanding and agreeing. I had a commitment within an hour, and Trenton made sure I was ready to go before then. He also invited me to come back to the store if I needed further explanation about my new phone or tablet. The store is very well staffed, so I did not have to wait at all to be served, a very new experience for me! After a few days I went back with some questions, and again I was received with a smile, patience, professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend to use this store, it is a gem!
