I would give zero stars if I could. Very bad customer service. Original purchase was a great experience with Lizabeth but i received a defective phone and had to return the next day. Upon arrival i was treated poorly with a CSR very unwilling to help. I recommend driving to the Verizon stores in Othello or Ephrata as opposed to giving this company your money.
