This place has been a nightmare for my boyfriend and I since we made the fateful decision to purchase phones from these jokers. The phone that my boyfriend wanted was not available so they ordered it for us. While we waited for the phone to come in, they offered us a loaner phone, which we were to return once the phone we ordered came in. So we took the loaner phone and returned it when our phone came in.
Here is where everything goes into bizarre world. They gave the loaner phone away to someone else BUT STILL KEPT THAT LOANER PHONE ON OUR ACCOUNT!!!!!! We are paying for someone else's phone, for the line, AND FOR THE INTERNATIONAL CHARGES THEY DECIDED TO RACK UP!!! We have been talking with them for 6 weeks and the issue is STILL not resolved and Verizon expects over 500 dollars from us for international calls made by this random person on this account. Every time we call this store we talk to a different person, and this person literally has NO CLUE about anything that is going on. This is insane and ridiculous. Please avoid this place. At best they just have no idea what they are doing and at worst they are actively engaged in criminal activity. TRULY AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! This is the SHADIEST place you could possibly by a phone.
