I got in and out very quickly with a $45 phone and a $50 pay by the month plan. Tia was professional and helpful. While I was there I observed the large manager being rude and condescending to another customer, the phone she had just bought was not working/defective. The manager kept insisting that they DONT sell Defective phones... That didn't matter, her phone was under warranty and should be replaced. They found out her bill was past due, due to timing of automatic paycheck deposits. Instead of treating a long term customer with some respect,,, they treated her very rudely as if having your bill be past due for a week every month was some sort of heinous crime. Telling her , Ma'am we can't help anyone with a past due balance. You will have to come back after you pay. It wasn't just what they were saying, it is how they were saying it. The manager totally had a condescending attitude. All of his comments to her stunk with his attitude. She tried complaining to another worker but I bet that went nowhere. I tried to catch up with her to at least tell her,,, I heard everything and they were totally rude but she was gone.

These guys are awesome. I went in to take my phone off my parents plan and start my own. The person who helped me even found a way better deal for me and never tried to sell me stuff i dont need.
