Awful experience. Front desk was completely overwhelmed. I was sent to get an MRI of back and neck, specifically in that order in case the MRI went too long. MRI tech would not listen to anything said, just kept repeating stay still, and "if you'd stay still we'd be done already." As if I didn't know that, i was in extreme pain just sitting in the MRI, asked for any sort of break and was either ignored or told to stay still. I asked the MRI tech to eventually skip the neck because she wasn't getting a clear image and my back is much more urgent so I wanted to make sure to get that image done, she refused! She said we have to finish this image then we can go to your back. Never did finish the back. Eventually after about 90 minutes of being in the MRI I finally gave up and said get me out, hitting the emergency button. Little to find out that emergency button does NOTHING. I had to repeatedly demand to take me out of the MRI before the tech finally came and let me out. She continued to blame me for moving to much and I just said I have to go. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone to get actual help.
