WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. RUDEST EMPLOYEE. My husband and I test drove a 2017 Santa Fe, were ready to purchase it with a large down payment. Joe took us for a test drive-really great guy. Sold us on the cars features. When we asked James (another employee) for the bottom line on the car because I had to go back to work once we finished signing papers his response was "I'm not playing games with you." I don't know if he thought I was joking about having to work because I'm a woman and had on high heels, but I insisted it was the truth. After repeating that I do, indeed carry a full time job outside of my home (that I own) and asked for the bottom line on the car again, so I could go back to work, he again told me "I'm not playing games with you." I didn't realize when you are spending 40K on a car that it was rude to ask what EXACTLY the amount would be. Oops. So this went back and forth until he finally told me "You can leave now." I was happy to. I spent my 40k over at Beaverton Hyundai. Amazing people. Worth the drive. Don't waste your time in Vancouver. They'll just ask you to leave when you ask for a price.
