Vancouver Auto Enhance

I went in on 1-28-17 at 4pm to 4:45 pm. Do not take your car to auto enhance. They will screw you out of your money. Took my car into enhance auto care for new spark plugs. The guy said if my coils are bad then getting new spark plugs isn't gonna change anything. I said OK so just let me know if the coils are bad and I'll take my car in for a second opinion. He said OK and went out to do the check up and if coils were good he was gonna put the new spark plugs in. Well he didn't come back inside to tell me anything and so I'm like oh nice everything's good. He put in the new spark plugs. He drove my car out and said car runs good and took payment and sent me on my way. Literally after I started driving home my car didn't want to accelerate and when it finally did start moving it was making a lot of short stops. I pulled over n called auto enhance and told him that my car won't drive correctly now. He said well I'm not refunding you and sorry it didn't work out for ya. They are linked with jiffy lube. I was told by jiffy lube that enhance auto offers a discount since I'm a jiffy lube customer. This is a very bad company to trust to work on your car. I have no other car and just have $100 till Friday and no ride to my work that is in Ridgefield. I live by myself and have a 3 year old daughter and will now lose my job because of this snake up
