Don't send your loved ones here. They take advantage of them and destroy your car. My girlfriend came in for an oil change and they up sell the trans flush like they do every time saying it's due. Even though trans oil is brand new changed 2 months before at a competitor. They changing trans oil on a vehicle with 225000 miles, they should leave it alone if they knew anything about cars. But they are complete idiots looking out for themselves. They drain the transmission and leave it 3 quarts low. Girlfriend drives with it bucking for 2 weeks before I find that it's low on oil, no leaks,started after the trans flush. I talked with manager Heather a dozen times and she never once returned my call when she said she would. Said she'd get back to me, but I'm not stupid. Avoid this place at all cost. They will destroy your investment. These are not real mechanics, they know nothing about cars. Valvoline don't even bother with a response, you can FO!
